Welcome to Woodhouse
Close Church and
Community Centre

New Church Services

As the lockdown is relaxed the Church is pleased to announce that we will be holding a Sunday evening service starting at 6pm on the following dates….

6th June Revd David Payne (Holy Communion)

20th June Revd. Watson

4th July Revd. David Payne (Holy Communion)

18th  July Mrs Margaret Nodding

If the new service proves popular further dates will be announced.

The purpose of Woodhouse Close Church Community Centre is to provide for all in the
community, particularly those facing hardship or crisis and in need of welfare support.
Alongside our community centre we aim to provide a safe place for Christian worship.

We offer a wide variety of activities and services based on need and interest with the
objective of improving quality of life and standards of living. Offering these services
enables local people the opportunity to build their confidence and self-esteem,
combat social isolation and build long lasting friendships.

Woodhouse Close Church Safeguarding Policy

During the extended lockdown the Church has been looking at ways to improve our presence in the community.

Firstly we have produced a simple logo to be used on all our correspondence social media etc which you can see on the left.
